About Us

I’ll start out by telling you a little about myself. I was born and raised in Indian Trail NC by two parents who taught me respect and value of a dollar. Growing up nothing was ever given to me I had to earn everything I had. When I graduated high school I joined the army as an infantry man with the 82nd Airborne at Fort Bragg. I reenlisted and went to Hawaii for two years and off to Iraq with my brothers of the 25th infantry regiment I went. I pulled thirteen months in that wonderful country.

Shortly after getting back I met my beautiful wife and moved back to NC. When I settled back one of good friends, a master tech of fifteen years took me under his wing and trained me in the art of paintless dent repair. I worked alongside him for some time before starting my own business. I’ve now been doing dent repair for almost 10 years. I work along side of a couple of my best friends that I’ve known sense middle school / high school including the one that trained me. I cant speak for them but I really enjoy what I do. My father always said: “If you work hard and take pride in what you do you can accomplish anything”. I’m not the best at what I do but I know I’m getting closer everyday at reaching that goal.

We had just moved down to Charlotte and my nephews were playing catch when the ball hit the drivers side rear window area. I didnt want to take it to the Mercedes dealer as they would be outrageous to fix it.I looked up dent repair on the internet and found Dent Pro of the Carolinas. It had excellent reviews. Jeremy could not have been more professional and responsive. He gave me a specific day and came by today to fix the dent and did an incredible job. We HAD a dent in the liftgate of our Honda Odyssey where it was backed into the towhook or winch, of a jeep. I figured the dent could get pulled out but would have some remaining evidence. I reached out to Jeremy after a friend referred him to me. Jeremy was great. After texting him a few pictures of the dent, he quickly quoted me for the job. When it came to do the repair, Jeremy reached out prior to arrival and showed up on time. He worked on the dent for a while I wasnt keeping track of time so not exactly sure how long it took and was done what I thought was pretty quickly.Not only was the dent completely removed, I cannot see ANY evidence of the damage and I mean NONEAMAZINGJeremy is punctual, honest, direct, and obviously a master of his craft.
