We had just moved down to Charlotte and my nephews were playing catch when the ball hit the drivers side rear window area. I didnt want to take it to the Mercedes dealer as they would be outrageous to fix it.I looked up dent repair on the internet and found Dent Pro of the Carolinas. It had excellent reviews. Jeremy could not have been more professional and responsive. He gave me a specific day and came by today to fix the dent and did an incredible job. You would never know anything happenedHe was extremely courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about what he does. He has over 18 years of experience. He does amazing work. Could not have been more satisfied. Very reasonable pricing too. I highly recommend him for any of your dent repair issues and if I need to, I will use him again and share his information with my friends and family Awesome work

Extremely satisfied Jeremy communicated from the time I texted him to the time he showed up in my driveway. Prompt, professional, and the results were amazing. I had a dent on the side of my door, and with expert precision Jeremy removed the dent and even helped me with another minor scratch that he buffed it out, completing all work inside of 30 minutes. I cant tell there was ever any dents or damage to my truck. To top it off, we had a great conversation where I learned. Jeremy is a combat veteran, and is a true local with a locally owned business. Highly recommend

After reaching out to several dent repair shops for quotes on fixing a small dent in my vehicle, I found that Jeremy offered the best prices. He was responsive and easy to work with. We HAD a dent in the liftgate of our Honda Odyssey where it was backed into the towhook or winch, of a jeep. I figured the dent could get pulled out but would have some remaining evidence. I reached out to Jeremy after a friend referred him to me. Jeremy was great. After texting him a few pictures of the dent, he quickly quoted me for the job. When it came to do the repair, Jeremy reached out prior to arrival and showed up on time. He worked on the dent for a while I wasnt keeping track of time so not exactly sure how long it took and was done what I thought was pretty quickly.Not only was the dent completely removed, I cannot see ANY evidence of the damage and I mean NONEAMAZINGJeremy is punctual, honest, direct, and obviously a master of his craft. I highly recommend him.
